Wellspring Labs (“Wellspring”, “we”) keeps this simple: we use what you send us only to work with you, and we tell you below about the little the site measures on its own.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. If you apply for a role, we receive your name, email, phone number and the Loom link you share. If you fill in the readiness audit, we receive your contact details and the answers you give about your business. If you book a call or email us, we receive what you include there.
We do not run advertising trackers. When you play the homepage video, the video service measures playback (for example, how much of the video was watched) and may set a cookie to do it. The booking calendar may set its own cookies when you use it to book. Nothing else on the site sets cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.
How we use it
To reply to you, review your application, prepare for a call you booked, or follow up on an audit you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone to market to you.
Services we rely on
The site runs on a hosting provider, calls are booked through a scheduling service, and the homepage video is served by a video service. Each of these handles only the data needed to do its job, under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the reason you sent it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email admin@wellspringlabs.io. We will act on your request promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
